PS/2 Vs USB Mouse - Input Lag - Still a VIABLE Option for PC GAMERS in 2018...?!

31 years later and still the PS/2 System designed and implemented by IBM still exists on motherboards in 2018. Though how does a PS2 mouse compare vs a USB mouse for input lag? Is there any advantage to using one of these over a G302 or Zowie FK2 for example?
