Driver (Ryan Gosling from La La Land, The Notebook and Blade Runner 2049) works as a garage mechanic for his only friend Shannon (Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad and Malcolm in the Middle). He is also a skilled Hollywood stuntman who moonlights as a getaway driver for criminals. One day, he helps his neighbor Irene (Carey Mulligan from The Great Gatsby and Mudbound), whose husband is in prison, and her son Benicio and he falls in love with her. However, a few days later her husband Standard (Oscar Isaac from X-Men and Star Wars) is released from prison. Standard enlists Driver’s help in a million-dollar heist.
