Eric Lilliebridge 520lbs x 3 Raw Bench PR

Bench is feeling good this training cycle. My grip that I’ve been using on the heavy days is pinky’s right next to the rings, so just right inside the rings. It’s feeling good for me so far and I’m most likely going to stick with using this grip for the remainder of my training cycle and at my competition. I’ve been practicing pauses still for all my warm ups and then trying a top set touch n go for max reps aiming for a PR.
