Best of 2023 LONGSWORD Tournament Exchanges 4K HEMA Fights

Finally had the time to break down all my tournament videos this year.. After getting completely crushed this year by several injuries, including torn ligaments in my hand and a triple knee surgery.. I’m finally back on track for some intese training and tournaments.. 4 Months of Hardcore recovery, strength training and physical therapy later, I could compete in the last tournament of 2023 and still secure myself as German Vice Champion for Longsword in Germany.
