Ambient Sounds promote healthy sleep.
More than a third of adults aren’t getting enough sleep on a regular basis, according to a 2016 study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). What’s more, a study published in the Journal of Psychiatric Research) found that 35 percent of the general population deals with middle-of-the night restlessness at least three nights a week; and 23 percent wake up at least once every night.
