Abdominal wall muscles (anterolateral) anatomy

The muscles of the abdominal wall hold everything in so they seem pretty important. We’ll look at the anterior and lateral abdominal wall muscles and the tricks they use to form a strong, supportive wall that moves, and we’ll cover fun things such as the conjoint tendon (inguinal aponeurotic falx), rectus sheath and linea alba, with nods towards the arcuate line and inguinal canal (which are actually covered in other videos).
