Log Cabin Quilt Block Strip-Pieced Tutorial

Hi there! In this video I show you how to strip-piece a log cabin quilt block using four fat quarters. This technique makes eight blocks at a time. It’s kind of a relaxing quilt project. I like to take my time, put on some music or a podcast and sew away! These blocks use 2 1/2 inch strips, so it’s also a great project for a jelly roll. This particular block “finishes” at 10 inches square. What I mean by that is when it’s sewn into a quilt, using a quarter-inch seam allowance, it measures 10 inches. The block as pieced is 10 and a half inches. Thank you for watching, and please like, share & subscribe! 🥰🌵
