Belle Academē - Christine’s White Noise (1999) I really like this obscure music video. It won the MTV Under the Radar contest, which was similar to the Basement Tapes, but for 1999 MTV. There isn’t a lot of information on the contest itself, but there 19 other music videos that were voted on to be played on MTV for a month, but they appear to be lost.
