Ukraine War: ’Russia invading another country by stealth’

Russia is beginning to increase its influence in Belarus as it moves ahead with a plan to deploy tactical nuclear weapons to the country. Military Analyst Sean Bell says Russia is “invading another country by stealth“ but thinks it is “extraordinarily unlikely“ President Putin will use nuclear weapons. It comes as a Russian attack on a hospital in Dnipro killed at least two people.
