Mass Effect 2 - Rare dialogue - Meeting Bailey after refusing Spectre status reinstatement

When first arriving at the Citadel, you get asked to speak to Captain Bailey in order to sort out some legal issues with Shepard being considered dead. However, you can decide to skip the bureaucracy and head to see the Council right away. If you reject the Council’s offer to reinstate Shepard’s Spectre status, this is the unique dialogue you get when you approach Bailey for the first time.
