What if the Soviet Union Never Formed?

In this video I talk about the formation of the Soviet Union, its immediate consequences, and what might have been had the October revolution or coup that resulted in the Bolshevik lead Soviet Union never happened. In this scenario the Soviet Union never exists, as the provisional government in Moscow survives, making Russia a democracy in the early 20th century with only a reformist socialist movement.
