NEW Agent Harbor Is INSANE (New Harbor Meta)

This is my very first game as the NEW Agent Harbor on Valorant! Definitely a lot of room for improvement but I can genuinely see a lot of potential out of setting up your team for pushes and retakes by correctly using all of your abilities with Harbor. I will say however after playing with him some more there are certain aspects which could be tweaked and buffed. For example, his C ability doesn’t feel strong enough and should be looked at once again as to how it could play better to his strengths.
