Servants of the Dark Lord (DayZ Standalone)

READ DIS: While walking to Elektro on 2 hours of sleep with minor hallucinations, I spotted 3 pantsless people walking in the middle of the road. I approached them and at first they seemed like three normal players. They asked me if I wanted some water. Then they started acting strangely so I started recording. i don’t understand (ps: volume is purposefully lowered in some parts)
