US stands with Ukraine against Russia’s ’reckless and aggressive’ behaviour

The United States has called out Russia for “reckless and aggressive“ behaviour towards Ukraine and vowed to help the country defend itself. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken was speaking during a visit to Kyiv following his meetings with G7 leaders this week when he said the US would continue to strengthen its security partnership with Ukraine. “We’re aware that Russia has withdrawn some forces from the border of Ukraine, but we also see that significant forces remain,” he said.
