7 lead 6 bight turk’s head

In this tutorial I demonstrate how to expand a 5 lead 4 bight turk’s head into a 7 lead 6 bight turk’s head. A tutorial on the 5L4B turk’s head can be found here: This knot is a commonly used one, not only as a decorative knot, but also as a base for interweaves such as the pineapple knot. It looks very nice when doubled as well and can serve as a nice heel knot for a whip, flogger or any kind of handle. By trying this expansion, note the few steps required to expand the knot.
