LI’s Anne Applebaum moderated a conversation with the paper’s author, Peter Pomerantsev, as well as human rights barrister Geoffrey Robertson QC and Giorgi Badridze, Senior Fellow, Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, about the tactics of the reformers and the lessons which could be useful for other countries facing similar challenges.
