20 February 1946 was Lanza’s last appearance on the Celanese Hour. This time he recorded Selections from Sigmund Romberg’s “The Student Prince“. Other numbers were “Deep in My Heart“ and “Golden Days“. These Selections marked Lanza’s first recorded performance from a score he would eventually make his immortal Serenade is given a youthful reading.
