The goal is to lose muffin top fat and get a nice hourglass shape. The music again is my fav. in this one. I focused on exercises that challenge you to work deep into your side ab muscles. No breaks, as you already know me ;) Let‘s have some fun together and work for a slim waist. Do this 3-4 times a week if you want to see fast results.
