Lord Jamar: Society Forgets About Black Scientists, We Created Science

Lord Jamar recently offered up his thoughts on . believing the world is flat, and the VladTV regular told us that he thinks that the rapper’s comments are distracting from real issues. He explained, “the fact that people are entertaining this concept“ is taking “our mind away from something positive that we can be figuring out or curing.“ The conversation then led into talks about how it’s sad that children idolize sports figures over scientists who have created the world of science as we know it today. The Brand Nubian rapper then added that Black scientists in general have been reduced and not celebrated in society, which he believes is even more sad, as he stated that it was Black people who wrote the language of science.
