The annual Clarence House Christmas Tree decorating

Keen to continue her annual tradition, The Duchess of Cornwall had a little virtual help from children supported by Helen & Douglas House Hospice to decorate the Clarence House Christmas tree. Having opened in 1982, Helen & Douglas was the world’s first children’s hospice. The charity provides medical, emotional and practical support to help families deal with the implications of a child who will die prematurely, so they can make the most of their time together.
