I’m literaly bleeding blue not it possible I’m confused

I just looked down and seen blue I thought it was bodywash I moved my foot and reallized it was me so I grabbed my phone and recorded it stayed on my hand like ink I’ma go to a doctor but can someone explain it to me can This be blood. I jnow its not ink but I know for a fact that came from in my foot for sure
