This is from the English dub of Gigi and the Fountain of Youth from 1985. For some reason this song always gets to me and makes me sad, then the middle cheers me up, and then I’m sad again. And lol to the mouth sync, I checked the Japanese version, the sync is bad there too. xD Gigi has a magical wand that can turn her into an adult (she’s actually a child).
