Joe Biden criticized for comments calling poor children ’just as talented as white kids’

Former Vice-President and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden was quick to correct himself during a speech in Des Moines, Iowa on Thursday after he said poor kids “are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.“ Biden was speaking about opportunity in education at the time of the gaffe.
