Remove poison from aloe Vera

Aloe vera leaves are comprised of three parts: the skin, the gel, and the latex. The latex is a thin layer of yellow liquid between the skin and the gel of the leaf which has to be removed by soaking if not it may cause side effects and irritate your skin. This yellow secretion is called aloin (aka aloe latex) and is stored in the aloe leaf pulp. Aloin should not be ingested in large quantity as it is a potent laxative and can also cause skin irritation.
