Russian missile attack destroys apartments in Ukraine’s Mykolaiv

Two overnight explosions damaged residential buildings in the southern Ukrainian port city Mykolaiv, local residents told Reuters on Sunday (October 23). The city’s mayor wrote on the Telegram messaging app that a Russian S-300 missile hit the top floor of a residential building, adding that several missiles had been fired upon Mykolaiv.
