This seminar forms the third in our series of talks, Designing Landscapes for the People, co-hosted with FOLAR (Friends of the Landscape Archive at Reading). In this talk, Richard Flenley explores the seemingly steady course of the Royal Parks through the last century with the radical changes to the societal life surrounding them. Richard reviews the eight constituent Parks, their differences of origin and styles, and what they still represent to us of our landscape and gardens heritage. Learn more about
