Greetings! How good is cooking with fire! It’s the ultimate flow for me, especially if it’s in my favourite kitchen… outside!!! I am more inspired than I’ve ever been to create dishes that nourish and delight. On our cooking retreats I share a broad range of recipes from cuisines all around the world. I use homegrown goodness and I source local, spray free, ethically raised veggies and animals, to showcase what can be combined to honour the produce to its full potential.
