Helicopter to burpee/sprawl

This workout is with Sean and Alex. Alex will be doing the helicopter arm lock drill for 30 sec and then to burpee/sprawl for another 30 sec. This warm up can be turned into a workout by just upping the time to 1 min each exercise and 3 rounds. This will work your Abs, inner thighs, quads, shoulders, chest and calf muscles.
