Fixing anterior pelvic tilt can be a frustrating experience ... trust me (Rad Burmeister, in this video), I know ... I’ve had it for most my life!
But you can fix your anterior pelvic tilt with the right strategy. You have to stretch the hip flexors and lumbar erectors A LOT plus you have to strengthen the abs, hamstrings and glutes.
