Caught By The Camera No. 25 (1935)

Titles read: “Caught by the Camera“. Various locations of events. In South Africa (exact location hard to make out, sounds like ’Fishhop’) we see African men hauling huge nets ashore on the beach. M/S of the varied fish that are brought in with the nets. A small crowd stands on the beach watching. On the Isle of Man we see a woman level-crossing keeper closing the gates across the road so that a steam train can zoom past. She then opens the gates to allow a car and a man on foot to cross the tracks. In North Shields, Tyne and Wear, we see an unemployed man working at his hobby of carving wooden models of Spanish galleons. He looks at one of his finished models - it seems very detailed.
