Yes, this is a fan concept of what Dr. Doofenshmirtz (AKA Professor Time) would be like as the self-proclaimed “Ruler of Everything“ Are you interested in the creative process behind this video? These kinds of edits are often quite misunderstood. While they are similar in nature of AMVs (Anime Music Videos), the big difference is that these visuals present directly correlate with the lyrics (ex: If the lyrics say “birds“, a clip of birds will be featured) These videos transform existing footage through the use of editing, careful structure, color grading, and precision altering. Furthermore, these videos serve as an artifact of early 2021. This bygone era often featured the creative expression of contemporary works alongside the previously-mentioned song and iconic impact text. “Lessons in Meme Culture“ made a great video about this trend which you can check out here: These videos often take a few days of editing to create (this one in particular taking over twenty hours). I take existing content and transform it into a fictional depiction for fan concepts. While this portrayal of the characters will never be considered as canon, these kinds of videos are open to fan interpretation of various works such as fanfictions and fanart.
