The Philippines’ tallest bet ever Gwendoline Ramos Ruais, recently crowned MISS WORLD ’11 1st Princess, the 1st Runner-Up to Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela returns home after the smashing finish. The pageant’s Philippine National Director and CEO President of CQGQ Ms. Cory Quirino hosted a welcome dinner in honor of Ruais in cooperation with Midas Hotel and SMDC last November 18th 2011.
