It’s TABATA time!! Day 5 of my 7 day workout challenge is going to be intense! This traditional style Tabata workout is both challenging both physically and mentally as you push yourself through each round. Once we get through the tabata we will bring it down to the mat for a Booty Burning workout finisher. Starting on the right side then repeating the entire circuit on the left.
