The Lion King | This Land | Epic 80’s Edition

Here is my cover of Hans Zimmer’s song, “This Land“ from The Lion King. This song is one of my absolute favorites from Lion King and in movie soundtracks in general. I used a lot of popular synthesizers for this cover, like Omnisphere, SQ8L, Sylenth1, and Serum. Most of the track was done with midi with a few performed instruments like the drums and electric guitar. There are orchestral elements like strings and choir, but these are also from synths. This was all arranged using Ableton Live Suite 10.1 I hope you enjoy this 80’s edition of one my favorite Hans Zimmer pieces.
