Joe Biden targets Supreme Court ‘extremism’ with 18-year term limits

President Biden has announced plans to reform the Supreme Court by imposing 18-year term limits and a code of ethics on its nine judges. He also called on Congress to pass a constitutional amendment to overturn the court’s decision earlier this month to grant widespread immunity to former presidents after an appeal by Donald Trump.
