Neverwinter Mod 17: PRE Build Barbarian 400k HP Full Combat Advantage TOMM Ready Northside (1080p)

Hey guys, as usuall some kind of pre build for barbarian ex gwf before the mod 17 uprising launches. I tried to use most of percentage damage base gear and to reach stat caps for tower of the mad mage, also i raised HP to over 400k which in combination with 80k defense should give you some protection untill you learn the mechanics. I also tried to retain decent ammount of power to still be effective and i showned that in the armor penetration, accuracy and critical strike are also at the cap
