Full title reads: “Yarmouth. ’When Do Bloaters Become Kipper?’ (The Prince) - The Prince of Wales ... one of who proudest titles is ’Master of the Fishing Fleets’... spends crowded day in the ’Herring Capital of the World’.“ Yarmouth, (Not clear whether this is on the Isle of Wight or Great Yarmouth, Norfolk). Shot of fishing boats in harbour. Shots of Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) on board the fishing boat ’East Holme’. He is talking to fishermen and local dignitaries. Crowds wave and cheer as the Prince (with police escort) walks past. He gets into his car.
