SLS RS-25 Engine Test, 13 February 2019

NASA performed a new hotfire test of an Aerojet Rocketdyne RS-25 rocket engine on the A-1 Test Stand at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, on 13 February 2019, at 21:28 UTC (15:28 CST, 16:28 EST). The test had a duration of 500 seconds and the main objective were “acceptance testing of the flight controller” and “testing of the flight controller up to a power level of 113%”.
