Russian President Putin signs mutual defence pact with Vietnam | Actor Donald Sutherland remembered

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a deal with Vietnam which covers energy, education, health and technology. The two nations also signed a mutual defence pact similar to the one penned between Russia and North Korea just days ago. The US pledged all Patriot interceptor missiles produced over the next 16 months will go to Ukraine instead of the countries that ordered them. Washington expanded the scope of Ukraine’s use of US supplied weapons against Russian forces. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has once again criticised the Biden administration saying it’s withholding weapons Israel needs to fight the war against Hamas.
