Train carrying fertiliser & highly explosive ammonium nitrate derails in Iowa

A TRAIN in Iowa derailed and exploded on Sunday afternoon after a bridge collapsed, causing evacuations in the area after some 30 train cars piled up. The train was carrying fertilizer and ammonium nitrate, highly flammable substances. A Hazmat team was called in to assist as those within a five-mile radius of the explosion were ordered to evacuate.
