Explosive Arrow. DAFUK is this damage?? How to make Exalts FAST!

Hi everyone. This is my last build in this league. Always want to make Explosive arrow, but can’t even imagine what to do. Found on this channel “ ek “ Build with this skill. But i take only the idea of build and setup of Asenath gems. Rebuild all tree and items. SO the build is totally can easy do it with 30ex. I spent on my build around 50ex but craft by my own all items.
