Vapour on Chicago River ’looks like a movie scene’ amid freezing temperatures

A cloud of water vapour appeared on River Chicago as freezing temperatures swept across the US. A similar phenomenon occurred over Lake Michigan. Water vapour is created when extremely cold air interacts with the relatively warmer water, forming fog.
