- The U.S. Navy Warns it was “impacted“ by Chinese state-backed hackers, Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro told CNBC on Thursday. The infiltration, which targeted infrastructure in the U.S. and Guam, was disclosed Wednesday by Microsoft and by the National Security Agency along other intelligence agencies.
