Anaconda vs D’arce Choke. What’s the difference?

After showing a set up for a D’arce choke the other day, a number of viewers asked me what the difference was between a D’arce and an anaconda choke. In all fairness, they are both arm triangle variations which look very similar. However, the two techniques are diametrically opposite positionally, and the body mechanics for the finish are quite different in application. So... What is the difference between the D’arce and the Anaconda choke?
