At Flamengo Beach, the Amigos da Onça (Jaguar’s friends) street party reunited a crowd of colorful and animal-print-dressed revelers who danced along to live music. “Carnival in Rio de Janeiro represents Brazil, represents color, represents diversity, represents freedom, and happiness.
