A cruise from Southampton to Cape Town, these places are not shown but it does show Las Palmas. L/S of a plush twin bedded hotel room, a maid walks into the room carrying a breakfast tray. She takes it over to a glamorous young lady who is sat up in bed. M/S as the maid places the tray on her knee and leaves. The tray contains fruit and toast, the woman unfurls her napkin and picks up a peach. C/U as she starts to peel it with a knife, the camera pans up to her face, she looks up. M/S of the sea through the windows. L/S of a room in the hotel with various people reading or playing cards and chess. M/S of a coal effect fire in the hearth.
