STQI To China & Shaolin Luohan Garden

We went to visit one of the last traditional Shaolin kung fu schools in Deng Feng (near Shaolin Temple) in China. It was an eye opener to see how people trained hardcore 8 hours a day. Our students had the opportunity to train with them for 3 days!
