Full titles read: “A life saver.“ (new title) “Berlin is now using a new idea to assist her firemen in getting rescued people safely down the escapes. A novel basket.“ Berlin, Germany. Various shots show firemen sending a basket / container on a pulley system up a ladder against the side of a building. A woman in a fur coat climbs out of a window in the building and into the basket then is pulled slowly back down to the ground. One of the firemen lifts her out and onto the snow-covered ground.
