Crochet Lotus Mandala Circular Vest Tutorial

In the rows with the clusters when I say (double/treble crochets together, I mean cluster) There are no decreases! I used hook and medium weight #4 Caron and Red Heart Super Saver yarn. Color change rows according to written instructions are 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 30. To make this for a toddler or child use a light weight yarn #3, and a 3.5 mm hook or 4.0 mm hook.
