Wudang Kung Fu Weapons Fight - Spear vs Pudao

Here is a weapons fighting video that I filmed in China one time when I was training Kung Fu there. I trained weapons for many years with Grandmaster Pan Qing Fu. One of the fighting forms he trained and performed with me many times was Spear vs. Pudao. In Wudang Pudao is called Dadao (big knife). If you would like to see me fighting Grandmaster Pan, check out this video: I was surprised and happy to see the same two weapons in a fighting form being trained and performed in Wudang. I didn’t know they had that as a tradition! This video shows three sets of students from most to least experienced performing the fight i our weekly school performance and evaluation.
